So. It’s time for a training plan.
On paper. Once I have a plan on paper, I’ll stick to it, and (the most crucial point) I won’t run too far too fast just because I can. As long as I have it on paper, I’ll respect the difference between “can” and “should” (or “can” and “can safely”). So, starting with easy intervals (5 min. run, 1 min. walk x5), I’m going to work my way up. I think I’ll be good for a 10k in late spring/early summer.
